Mud System Checklist

One of our customers does micro tunneling, and bought a TBM mud system from us. Which consists of double deck shale shaker, desander with under shaker, flocculant unit, and decanter centrifuge.

Here's some checklist, which they concern about.

-        Primary hose and pipes to Flocculant Unit, slurry pump and centrifuge done?

-        Flowmeter (Slurry + Flocculant) reference to electric cabinet and modifying while running with water checked / designed?

(Configurations need to be just like seen on Flowmeters as well as on the PLC)

-        Just how much is being released from the dosing screw each minute?

-        will the flocculant Unit fixed be on the ground?

-        Has got the centrifuge ever run with water at 110 m3/h and pair of.500 revolutions per minute and greatest possible differential speed?

-        will the Ac be installed?

-        will the drain hole be designed for the overflow from the Flocculant Unit?

-       will the PLC screens be enhanced in language? The dimensions (m3/h and l/h) are ok now on the sides?

(I have no screen shots to see if ok)

-    The container ft, the hand railing and steps are marked (where you can place what)

-    The title from the devices is already colored around the containers?

-    The motor for that flocculant pump showed up and it has been built in?

-    The release from the flocculant unit has already been associated with the flocculant pump?

-    The sunshine switch is switched 90o right (connection cable vertical rather than horizontal)

-    Switch for Ac? It ought to be placed close to the light switch.

Whenever you consider the equipment, you've got to be thinking, if this sounds like furniture in my home, am I going to pay? Then more engineering thinking comes, to create all of the mud system much more comfortable
