GN new developed a 2 function system for solids control and drilling waste management. The configuration is really as below:

1 two mud tanks, one for solids control, another frame for drill cuttings treatment, are both 40ft container and 20ft container size

2 solids control mud tank including shale shaker and desilter to split up the large solids collected in the offshore drilling rig.

3 cuttings moving system: we offer screw conveyor, cuttings collection hopper and Peristaltic pump to transfer the drill cuttings (from onshore drilling solids control system and also the first solids control tank) to vertical cuttings dryer.

4 drilling cuttings treatment system including vertical cuttings dryer, shale shaker and decanter centrifuge, feeding pump for shale shaker and decanter centrifuge, an entire skid to place these on the top for simple transportation.

5 frame of 20ft container size with thick felt cloth round the frame to help keep warm in cold temperature.

6 necessary pipelines, pathway, hands rails, man hole, cleaning gate and electric control system.

7 collection box for storage of cuttings, liquids

This technique does apply for drilling waste cuttings from both onshore and offshore, regardless of its treated by solids control system before or otherwise. And you can use it for cold temperature and temperature atmosphere.
