GN Mud System for 400m depth water well drilling

GN Solids Control can offer different type mud mixing system for different field application, including big drilling mud system for oil gas drilling, compact drilling mud system for horizontal directional drilling and water well drilling, dredge dewatering system for public works sludge treatment etc.

1) GN solids control 200gpm mud system for 100m to 150m depth water well drilling

The small mud system is only 2 phase separation system, including below equipment.

a. one unit double deck shale shaker with desilter cones.  This design is in order to save space.

b. one unit centrifugal pump for feeding the desilter cones

c. one unit mixing hopper

d. one unit centrifugal pump for mixing hopper and transferring out the clean drilling mud for reuse.

This drilling mud system is only 20feet container size and can be put on 20ft trailer for convenient transportation.

2) 500gpm mud system for 500m depth water well drilling, CBM drilling etc.

The 500gpm mud cleaning  system is relatively bigger mud system both in size and treating capacity. This system is 3 phase separation system,  including below parts.

a. one unit GNZS703 shale shaker with 3 panel shaker screen. 500gpm treating capacity

b. one unit GNZJ703E-D1S8N mud cleaner with 3 panel shale shaker & 1 ea desander cone & 8ea desitler cones.  500gpm treating capacity

c. two unit 37kw centrifugal pump for feeding the desander cones and desilter cones. Pump flow rate is 500gpm

d. one unit mixing hopper with one unit centrifugal pump, as mixing unit.

e. one submersible slurry pump for feeding the shale shaker, sucking from the mud pit and feeding the mud cleaning system.

This mud tank system is about 10meter, can be put on 40ft vehicle trailer for easier transportation. The extra space can be used for the slurry pump, Or other small equipment.

3) 1000gpm mud cleaning system for special condition HDD drilling site, high sand content and higher content of fine solids
