500GPM Drilling mud system for Shanxi Coalbed gas extraction

GN Solids Control mainly focus on oil & gas drilling field, Horizontal directional drilling. The main clients are drilling company and oil service company with mud service section or solids control service section. Recently, we export one set mud cleaning system for Shanxi Coalbed gas extraction. The project successfully opens a new field for GN Solids Control. The drilling mud system including 3 sets mud tanks with shale shaker, mud cleaner and decanter centrifuge, shear pump.

The client select stable working performance GNZS703E-HB shale shaker. The 3 PANEL shaker deck is shorter than 4 panel shale shaker GNZS594E-HB, performance should be enough, shaker screen cost is relatively lower.

GNZS594E-HB shale shaker with 4 panel screen is most popular model in oil & gas drilling. The adjustable G force can make the shaker working as High G drying shaker, which can be used to treat the water based mud drilling cuttings discharged from shale shakers, recycle the valuable drilling mud and reduce the waste volume.

Mud Cleaner working in drilling mud system

The mud cleaner is matched with shale shaker, GNZJ703E-1S8N. The treating capacity can reach to 500gpm. The desander cones and desilter cones need two set centrifugal pump for feeding, to separate the solids from the drilling fluids. Clean drilling mud go up and overflow to clean mud compartment. The dirty mud with high content of solids goes down to shaker screen.

Decanter Centrifuge working in drilling mud system

Decanter centrifuge can rotate in high speed to separate the fine solids which cannot be separated by shale shaker or mud cleaner. Centrifuge is third separation stage in the drilling mud system. The client choose GNLW452C middle speed centrifuge as per the bottom layer mechanism.

We also have many other  centrifuge models for option. The most popular model is GNLW363CG or GNLW363CG-VFD decanter centrifuge which can reach to high speed 3200RPM. This centrifuge can work for barite recovery or mud weight cuttings, in lower speed or higher speed.
