There are several ways to treat drilling fluids,
but drilling fluids recycling is the

Shale shaker normally will fit for first phase cleaning by
screen mesh and vibrating motor supplied G force. Depending on different

Desander will be set after shale shaker to separate solids above 50 microns by
centrifugal force with a proper pressure supplied by centrifugal pump. Desilter
is the third phase cleaning with a same principle with desander.
Decanter centrifuge will be lay after
desilter for forth phase cleaning to 2 – 7 microns, the centrifuge bowl and
screw will be in a high speed rotating to supply a centrifugal force which will
separate solids particles out. There will be different options for decanter
centrifuge by different treating capacity, bowl size, bowl speed and control
panel type.
Other than the above equipment , there are
assistant equipment like mud agitator , mud gun , mixing pump , mixing hopper ,
mud tank , etc. to make all working together . All these equipment
