Scalping shaker for drilling mud

GN solids control has 2 models of double deck shale shaker with scaping shaker deck and main shaker deck, but the working principal is different, and the applications are different.

1)      GNZS706E-HB, it is mainly used for oil & gas drilling mud cleaning system, with 2 screen layers to increase the treating capacity and make the separated solids more drier, and larger screen area to treat the drilling fluids better

The working principal of the GNZS706E-HB double deck shale shaker is similar with the single deck shale shaker, the drilling fluids are feeding through the buffer box and flow to the scalping shaker deck which is installed course mesh screen to separate big solids/cuttings, the purpose is to pre-treating the drilling fluids and extend the working life of the main shaker screen. Then the big solids will be discharged out and the fluids drop to the bottom shaker screen ( main shaker screen) with fine mesh size for better cleaning of drilling fluids. The scalping screen area is 21.8 ft2, and the main shaker screen area is 28.25 ft2, with total screen area 50ft2.

2)      GNZS705E Double deck shale shaker is mainly used for construction industry for pilings and crossing work as desander unit, it usually works together with desander cone and desilter cone. The compact design of desanding unit has been widely used for the construction works in Asia and middle east countries.

The working principal is that the bottom shaker working as scaping deck which is to separate big cuttings and the fluids dropped into the mud tank, and the centrifugal pump will transfer the mud from the the mud tank to the hydrocyclones for treatment, the top shaker screens are for drying the separated solids and recovery more clean fluids.
