As the top manufacturer in China of solids
control equipment and system for gas and oil drilling, besides solids
control system, GN solids control also focused on mud recycling system for horizontal
directional drilling, and tunneling. Not the same as solids control system, mud
recycling system doesn't requires to split up the ultra-fine solids out, so normally
you will see 2 or 3 stage equipment: shale shaker, desander, desilter (sometimes,
we make use of a double deck underflow shaker using
the desander or desilter on top in order to save cost and space sometimes the
mud cleaner is going to be adopted in order to save cost and space using the
mixture of desander and desilter)
This season, GN shipped one set mud system

capacity mud recycling systems for horizontal directional drilling drilling.
More to the point, GN designed and
manufactured an entire group of TBM mud system with dewatering unit for any
Singapore customer. This project needs a large treating capacity; therefore the
greatest decanter centrifuge sitting 80 cubic meters each hour is adopted. And
also the dewatering unit is required to make small solids aggregated into large
ones after which to become processed through the decanter. GN is experienced in
solids control and mud system.
