Reference "3 in 1" combo in solids control
machinery is called mud cleaner. The combo is group of swirler in 10 inches
called desander and 4 inches called deselter. Both desander s and desilters constructed

Drilling mud cleaner is
composed of a group of swirler, a set of detail screen shale shaker and shunt
manifold. The top is a group of swirler, the underpart is the detail shale
shaker. It is the second level separation equipment in the drilling mud solids
control system. This machinery set-up is
ideal for operation-sensitive and limited space available environment.
When
the mud cleaner handles the weighted drilling fluid, the drilling
fluid which is already handled enters into the drilling fluid system from the
top of the desander swirlers. The drill cuttings, barite and a mud phase
discharge from the bottom apex and go to the high- detail meshed shaker screen.
The granularity of barite is overall 2~74um, it will pass-through to the
drilling fluid system with the liquid phase and the drill-cuttings which are
smaller than the screen mesh, the drill cuttings which are larger than the
screen mesh will left remain on the screen surface. In this way, 3
in 1 mud cleaner cleans the drilling fluid, stabilizes
the performance of drilling fluid and recover and recycle-use the barite and the drilling fluid.
Compared with
the desander and desilter set up separately, 3 in 1 mud cleaner has the advantages of large
handling capacity, fast processing speed, small structure, easy to operate and
