GN Drilling Liquids Recycle Module

GN Solids Control Company has joined into drilling liquids recycle modules for installation on Oil & Gas drilling for many years.

The drilling liquids module is made to accept flow capabilities as much as 1200GPM, degassing capacity of 1200 GPM, desanding unit capacity of 1000 GPM and desilting unit capacity of 1000 GPM, vertical cutting dryer capacity of 30~50 Ton/hour. An auger product is provided to transfer the drilling cuttings from shale shaker to vertical cuttings for more process. Two decanter centrifuges will also be installed on the tank following the mud cleaner models including high-speed decanter centrifuge and middle speed decanter centrifuge. Middle speed decanter centrifuge is used for recuperating barite and speed is required for getting rid of the fine solids within the drilling liquids. All connected skids, tanks and pumps needed for that system are incorporated in a tiny space.

GNLW453 middle speed decanter centrifuge recoveries the barite to reuse within the active drilling liquids. GNLW363 high-speed decanter centrifuge is capable of getting rid of the fine and ultra-fine solids within the drilling liquids

Vertical cuttings dryer is definitely an environment friendly unit to recovery the drilling cuttings.
